Excellent service and work! I’ve worked with KC Waterproofing and Foundation Repair twice now (for foundation work and most recently window well/waterproofing work). I have been satisfied with their work both times. Always easy to schedule and Recently Riley helped with a quote and was not pushy about moving forward; which was my experience a few years ago too. They don’t take up hours of time to give a quote which I appreciate. The team that did the recent work (main contact was Schuyler) were easy to work with and talk too, very kind. You can tell this group of people works together and works together well. They had a lot of hand digging and they did it very quickly. When an unexpected issue arose (removing some sidewalk) Schuyler laid out the what/why/how plainly in an easy to understand way. They did replace the sidewalk concrete. It was a big job and they got it done in a day and a half and were in high spirits throughout. They cleaned up a lot after the project too, which is appreciated. Schuyler did a final walk-through and answered any questions I had. Pricing was good too, I got another quote that was astronomical for pricing and the other company wasted 3 hours of my time to provide a quote. If I need anything in the future I won’t bother with a second quote as I’ve always had excellent experiences with KC Waterproofing. The support staff is very kind and helpful too, as well as prompt. Overall, excellent experiences; highly recommend!

Great company and extremely easy to work with. Riley was my point of contact and he explained everything very well. After I denied working with them on one property (due to family issues) Riley happily messaged me back when I needed help with another property. The solution was a hard one to figure out, but Riley constantly made suggestions that would hopefully solve the issue without doing too much work that isn’t needed. Riley clearly explained what I needed and don’t and also gave guidance for other issues I had going on regarding window sealing.Schylur Oakes and his crew were the ones that came and worked on my property. Schylur was extremely personable and friendly. He constantly ran back and forth from the back of the house (where the work was being done) to the front of the house to ring my doorbell and ask me if I was okay with what they were doing, if I wanted them to change anything etc. One moment he even came and asked if I really need the work to be done since there were sprinklers near my basement window and maybe that was the issue instead, not foundation and rain water. I clarified that I don’t even use my sprinklers and I still have water entering but I was glad he even brought it up and checked with me before proceeding. Schylur ended the day by having his crew clean up after themselves and showed me around and told me everything they did.Only issue I had was payment processing was a pain. It’s 2026, I shouldn’t have to give my card number over the phone for a deposit, just send me a link to a secure site to enter it. How can I trust some random number and voice over the phone? Then for the final payment, having to manually type out and input my card information in to a tablet while it was raining was a slight nuisance. I have my own small business and use Square tap to pay. It’s not that expensive. Come on guys, if I’m using it for my little business, you can afford it for your long standing company. Just my 2 cents.

First class in every way. Very friendly and accommodating. They do things the right way even if it takes much more time to get the project done. Their job of putting things back the way it was, was spectacular! They even replanted the flowers they had to dig up.

This is the second time I've used this company. Great company. They have good employees. Fran did a great job of explaining everything, even the financing. I thought the lending company had great options. When it was time for my French drains to be installed. They came on time and ready. They even did a crawl space protective cover. Great team, they worked well together. Took the whole day but got it all done. Cleaned up well afterwards. The price was reasonable. Jackson explained everything as it went along. Kind, friendly service.

Mario serviced my sump pump today and did a good job. He also replaced tape on my wall shield. He provided excellent customer service and was willing ti come out any time needed or said to call him anytime if I had any questions.

We were very pleased with KC Waterproofing and Foundation Repair. The foundation specialist, Camden Bales, explained the process we would need to fix our foundation. We felt very confident in the work that was going to be completed. The crew, headed by Jackson Kleeman, worked very hard every day and kept us well informed of their progress. They arrived on time every day and cleaned up before leaving each night. They were polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. Overall, we are completely satisfied with the job that they did. When they finished, you couldn’t tell that work had been done. Great job!

Sump pump backup pump activated an alarm so I scheduled a checkup to make sure everything was fine. Mario called before coming and was very polite. He showed up on time and got straight to work, I was not home at the time and asked him to call me with the results. He diagnosed the problem and then called me to run through results and also provide some more info on the pump operation. Very easy to work with, good communication, smart guy. Would use him for service again.

A sump pump was installed very quickly.Gerry and Davan were excellent. They protected the house and basement from extra dust and just going in and out to get the tools.Digging up the yard to install the pipe...they replaced the sod and cleared the extra yard waste. Also they were very friendly with our dog.
